Product experience
Review market discovery, YES/NO decisions, wallet visibility, onboarding and transaction flows. Translate problems into a simpler interface direction and prioritized fixes.
Featured project · October 2026 – Present

Leading product experience improvements, BTCY ecosystem activation, growth campaigns and AI-assisted delivery for a live Web3 platform.
Eeny Meeny Miny Moe is a live prediction market where people take YES or NO positions on real-world outcomes. The public platform includes markets across crypto, finance, politics, sports and more, plus a prediction lottery called Slate.
The product challenge is clarity: a first-time visitor has to understand the market, price, wallet, timing and possible payout before feeling ready to participate. My work connects that product experience with activation and growth.
02 / My role
Review market discovery, YES/NO decisions, wallet visibility, onboarding and transaction flows. Translate problems into a simpler interface direction and prioritized fixes.
Plan BTCY community journeys, educational content and first-prediction activation. Evaluate incentives against real reward cost and product readiness.
Coordinate frontend changes, testing and backend-dependent issues with engineering. Use local development and staging reviews before production decisions.
Shape campaign concepts, copy and visual communication across the website, social channels, email and community touchpoints.
I lead product, design and growth work while partnering with backend engineering and management on implementation.
03 / Live product
Explore the public website here. Its content may change as the team continues to develop the platform.

04 / Product experience
I reviewed existing journeys, documented friction and set a simpler design direction. Redesign and remediation are ongoing in the test environment.
Make categories and market information easier to scan before a user commits to a position.
Keep YES and NO actions distinct, with clearer entry prices, deadlines and potential outcomes.
Explain wallet balances, payment options, rewards and settlement rules in plain language.
Test critical journeys and resolve confusing or incomplete states before increasing acquisition spend.
These are priorities and design directions, not a claim that a complete redesign has shipped.
05 / BTCY activation
The Indexx ecosystem creates a natural introduction to EMMM for BTCY users. I mapped the journey from existing community member to first eligible prediction, while examining the distinction between mined Nuggets, token balances, promotional rewards and actual payouts.
Campaign and incentive ideas include education, a first-prediction journey and a proposed boost for eligible winning predictions. Reward rules, settlement and conversion require technical and financial validation before any claim of delivery.
06 / Campaign creative
Original awareness concepts developed for EMMM. These visuals show the creative direction and messaging work; they are not presented as measured campaign outcomes.

I developed an October–November 2026 BTCY activation campaign covering the journey, launch checklist, messaging, creative direction and channel plans. The dedicated campaign page and reward implementation have not been verified as public, so this remains an in-progress campaign example.
07 / How I work
Use AI to speed up requirements, journey maps, design exploration, campaign copy and content adaptation. I own prioritization, quality review and final direction.
Investigate frontend issues, prepare changes locally, review them in a test environment and coordinate backend-dependent work with the engineering team.
Assess reward exposure and product stability before adding incentives. I chose to prioritize working journeys over an additional $100 leaderboard promotion.
Current outcome
The work so far includes UX and transaction-flow findings, a defined experience direction, controlled staging practices, BTCY activation strategy and campaign concepts. This is an active project; performance metrics and final redesign results will be added only when validated.
